Legal
Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2025. These terms describe use of the Oakenshire Markets Institute website and related educational services.
Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational scope
Oakenshire content is general education about capital markets. It is not investment, tax, legal, accounting, or personal financial advice, and no course promises a particular result.
Catalog and orders
Course descriptions and prices are presented for information and may be corrected or updated. The browser cart is a demonstration unless a separate secure checkout is explicitly provided. A displayed confirmation does not itself create a payment transaction.
Accounts and access
If an account or paid access service is introduced, users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Access may not be shared where the applicable service terms prohibit it.
Intellectual property
Oakenshire text, course structures, software, marks, and original materials are owned by Oakenshire Markets Institute or its licensors. You may use materials for personal or authorized internal learning, but may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, or create a competing collection without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, harvest data, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an availability basis. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every page will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oakenshire is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use or reliance on educational material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance. Any governing-law provision will be applied subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s jurisdiction.
